About

I am currently completing a Master of Arts (Educational Technology) while coordinating activities at the Educational Technology Centre (ETC, Arts 180) for the Faculty of Education, UBC Okanagan. The focus in the Centre is to facilitate Personal Learning Networks (PLNs) for learners and educators as they negotiate daily tasks and responsibilities. My passions are building community, lifelong learning and intergenerational/intercultural learning environments. My research is focused on fostering online learning communities through democratic discussions and project-based activities in the community.
